Assistant Hire SA provides a comprehensive recruitment service, ensuring seamless hiring and offering ongoing support and liaison services throughout the entire employment journey.

Recruitment Process - £200 Once-Off

After an initial consultation, you provide a detailed job listing, which we post locally for 7 days. Using verification tools, we filter out unqualified applicants and review submissions in real-time. We then send 5–10 shortlisted candidates, from which you select your top five. Next, we conduct an online review, contact references, and hold a brief meet-and-greet to refine the list. Finally, we coordinate formal interviews between you and the candidates.

Support & Liaison Fee - £130 Per Month

Unlike traditional recruitment agencies that charge 10%–20% of the annual salary for a successful hire, we offer a modest monthly fee throughout the employment period. This includes ongoing support, seamless employer-employee liaison, and assistance with equipment or office space procurement. Our approach ensures peace of mind - you manage your resource and track their work and hours, and we are here for any support or procurement that has to happen in-person or locally.
